Instructions: Take the warmer pad out of the plastic packaging and remove the backing paper from the adhesive. Attach the warmer inside your shoe. Heating activates once the product comes into contact with air. To stop heat production, move the pad to an airtight place.
Recycling: After use, once the warmer pouch has cooled, dispose of the toe warmer with mixed waste. Dispose of the plastic packaging in plastic recycling.
